Nick Malagisi, SIOR, is the principal broker for Storage Realty Advisors, a specialty practice commercial real estate company and Consultancy of self storage properties, primarily on the east coast & Canada. Malagisi began his self storage career with industry leader, Public Storage, where he was responsible for site acquisition and development of new properties as well as acquisition of existing storage properties. Recently, he has begun working on the development of RV/Campers/Boat Storage properties. Malagisi has served as National Director of Self Storage for SVN Commercial Real Estate Advisors for 18 years until his recent departure to form Storage Realty Advisors & affiliation with National Storage Partners.
Malagisi has participated in the disposition of hundreds of properties from single assets to portfolio sales as a specialist in this asset class. In addition, he works as a Consultant in preparing feasibility studies for new developments, testifying in court as an expert witness for condemnation cases, creating Joint Venture opportunities, and preparing BOV reports for clients.
Malagisi is a 30+ year veteran of the self storage industry, a member of SIOR, a member of NAR/SIOR, the Self Storage Association, a founding member of NYS Commercial Association of Realtors, is a current Board member on the NYS Self Storage Association and is a member of AHEPA, an institutional philanthropic organization and participates in the American Humane “Pups for Patriots” program.
Malagisi is a graduate of the Whitman School of Business at Syracuse University and a veteran of the US Army. He shares his time between his home in West Palm Beach and Buffalo, NY area.

John Fletcher, serves as Senior Advisor for Storage Realty Advisors, and specializes in the valuation, financing, purchase and disposition of self-storage properties. Since 1995, Fletcher has provided hundreds of loans and financial solutions for property owners throughout New York State and the USA. Fletcher has also participated in the sale of many self storage properties primarily located in the Northeast.
Fletcher began his commercial real estate career in mortgage finance where he was responsible for all aspects of underwriting and closing commercial real estate loans. He has experience with all types of lending programs and lenders including local and national banks, SBA programs, life insurance companies, conduits, as well as private and financial lenders.
Today Fletcher works closely with Storage Realty Advisors along with investors and property owners to help underwrite and value property and arrange competitive short- and long-term mortgage financing. Fletcher can also help with construction or acquisition deals to structure the various stages of development with interest only or mezzanine loans that could offer alternative long-term fixed rate options upon stabilization.
Fletcher is a member of the Self Storage Association (SSA) and the New York State Self Storage Association (NYSSA). Fletcher is also a member of the New York
State Commercial Association of Realtors Western New York Chapter as well as its 2010 & 2011 past President.
Fletcher resides with his family in the Buffalo, NY area.
