Malagisi moves on to Storage Realty Advisors
Nick Malagisi, SIOR has begun operating his self storage brokerage business under his original company name, Storage Realty Advisors, as of January 1, 2025.
Malagisi enjoyed his 20-year run while at SVN Commercial Realty and being its National Director of their self storage specialty practice group, a team of Advisors that Malagisi recruited to form their national self storage SPG.
Storage Realty Advisors has also affiliated with the newly formed National Storage Partners (NSP) group, led by Hans Hardisty and has been named one of its founding national directors along with former SVN Sr. Advisor Connie Neville, JD. Malagisi and NSP will initially be operating primarily on the East Coast until other qualified self storage brokers join the organization (see NSP press release attached to this announcement).
As the most senior member of NSP, Malagisi brings his 30+ year self storage career/ experience in acquisitions & dispositions & his client data bas while, also, offering consulting services on self storage development projects of all types to help clients achieve their investment goals.
