Sperry Van Ness/Commercial Realty Closes Over $41 Million In Investment Real Estate Sales For 2008 and Sperry Van Ness International Honors Nicholas J. Malagisi as a Top 20 Producer
Sperry Van Ness/Commercial Realty, a Buffalo-based affiliate for one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate investment brokerage firms, Sperry Van Ness International, Inc., is pleased to announce the sale of over $41 million in investment sales for 2008 and honor Nicholas J. Malagisi, managing director and national director of self storage, as a Top 20 Producer within the national company.
As an affiliate, Sperry Van Ness/Commercial Realty closed seven self storage transactions in the states of Massachusetts, New Jersey and New York, and closed on a multi-family deal, retail strip center and mobile home park in New York State.
“While my associates and I remain dedicated to the self storage sector, we (our company) have been able to recruit new Advisors who are specializing in other product classes to diversify our income and specializations," says Malagisi.
Focusing on the Northeast region for over 25 years, Malagisi credits his success and growth of the Sperry Van Ness National Self Storage Team to hard work and the ability to focus on a single product sector in a defined geographic area.
