Gregsby P. Gibbs serves as an associate adviser for Sperry Van Ness, specializing in the sale of self storage investments, mobile home parks and senior housing. Gibbs is licensed in Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama with a focus on the Chattanooga and Cleveland, Tennessee markets, in addition to the Dalton, Georgia market.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Gibbs served as operations manager for an Alabama-based home infusion therapy company located in Selma, Al. Gibbs took to the startup company from conception to well-established company in three years. After the first year Gibbs was able to achieve an average growth of 75 percent.

As an active broker, Gibbs is a member of the Tennessee Self Storage Association, the National Self Storage Association, the Tennessee Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

Gibbs earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama and currently resides in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
