John Bayne

John Bayne serves as an advisor for Sperry Van Ness, specializing in the marketing, sale and disposition of self storage properties in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Bayne was a representative with Champion Home Center where he ranked top in sales and managed all aspects of manufactured housing sales including chattel and land home packages. Bayne’s strong sales background and vast amount of experience in real estate property management allows him to provide professional and high level service to his clients.

Bayne is a 2007 Board of Director for the North Carolina Self Storage Association and recently completed the commercial certification program. Bayne also continues to be an active member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors, an association dedicated to promoting high professional standards among commercial real estate professionals.

Bayne earned a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business from Arizona State University and currently resides in North Carolina.
