John Fletcher

Self Storage Advisor

John Fletcher serves as an associate advisor for Sperry Van Ness specializing in the marketing, sale, disposition and acquisition of self storage investment properties and multi-family apartments in New York State and the Northeast. With 12 years of commercial mortgage broker experience, Fletcher has excellent knowledge of his local real estate market and brings a strong financial and technological background to the team.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Fletcher was employed with Pinnacle Financial Group and Largo Real Estate Advisors where he was an account executive and senior loan analyst. Fletcher’s primary role was originating, negotiating and closing commercial mortgage loans with various institutional lenders. He was also responsible for analyzing commercial properties and preparing detailed financial packages for local banks, life insurance companies, conduits and private lenders. Fletcher served as senior loan analyst originating loans, designing and implementing marketing campaigns, representing the company at industry conferences and improving computer operations.

Fletcher is a member of the New York Commercial Association of Realtors. He has extended knowledge of computer software and hardware including Windows 2003 and Novell 6.5 servers. Fletcher currently resides in Grand Island, New York.
