Self Storage Advisor

Jim Pitoukkas serves as an advisor for Sperry Van Ness specializing in the sale of self storage, land, and income producing properties. Pitoukkas has closed several transactions resulting in a sales volume in excess of $67 million.

Prior to joining Sperry Van Ness, Pitoukkas served as vice president for Self Storage Brokers of America, Inc. While there, Pitoukkas represented clients in the acquisition and disposition of self storage properties and sites for self storage development, established an affiliate program to expand the company’s presence, and managed several aspects of company marketing, advertising, and branding. Previously, Pitoukkas served as a property manager for OMNI management services headquartered is in Indianapolis, Indiana. While managing 24 properties for OMNI, Pitoukkas’ responsibilities included coordinating various contractors for property upkeep, preparing annual budgets and conducting monthly reviews of expenses to ensure that expenditures were inline with budget projections.

Pitoukkas has been recognized by several of his clients for providing outstanding service, specifically his attention to detail, follow up, and professionalism. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Management with a minor in Marketing with distinction from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana.
