With Mr. Johnson’s 1996 relocation to Atlanta and his co-founding of Atlanta Real Estate Partners, he has created a marketing team that has promoted Atlanta Real Estate Partners from a start-up to one of the Top Twenty leasing/transaction firms in Metro Atlanta. In 2005, he completed 30+ leases and 7 building sales. The brokerage services he provides in the Atlanta market includes landlord leasing, tenant representation, and investment sales. Additionally, he has completed $20+ million of investment sales property during the last year. In December of 2005, Atlanta Real Estate Partners became affiliated with Sperry Van Ness creating Sperry Van Ness / AREP.

During the past decade, Mr. Johnson has been involved in commercial sales and leasing totaling $100 plus Million. Mr. Johnson’s wide range of brokerage experiences include developmental deals, land sites, building sales and leasing activities that total several million square feet.

Mr. Johnson is a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University with a degree in business economics.
