During Mr. Johnson’s 30 years in the commercial real estate business, Mr. Johnson has been involved in the sales and leasing of industrial, R&D, office and retail properties. Mr. Johnson has been a top producer at Coldwell Banker Commercial in Boston. In 1980, Mr. Johnson opened Cushman & Wakefield’s Boston Office as a managing broker. During the 1990’s, Mr. Johnson founded Boston Real Estate Partners, a full service commercial real estate firm. In 1996, Mr. Johnson relocated to Atlanta and opened Atlanta Real Estate Partners. Atlanta Real Estate Partners was recently recognized for being one of Atlanta’s Top 20 Power Brokers for production in the metro Atlanta market. In December of 2005, Atlanta Real Estate Partners became affiliated with Sperry Van Ness creating Sperry Van Ness / AREP.

During the past decade, Mr. Johnson has been involved in commercial sales and leasing totaling $150+ Million. Mr. Johnson’s wide range of brokerage experiences include developmental deals, land sites, building sales and leasing activities that total several million square feet.

Mr. Johnson is a graduate of Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts.
