Nicholas J. Malagisi, SIOR serves as Chairman of the Council of Self Storage and plays an integral part of the Sperry Van Ness National Council of Self Storage by hosting educational conference calls, networking regularly with key indstry professionals, and participating as a guest speaker and panel discussion leader for state, regional and national conferences and trade shows. Malagisi began his self storage career by working in the corporate real estate department for industry leader Public Storage. Malagisi has worked continuously in the self storage industry for over 30 years and has participated in the sale of hundreds of single self storage assets and investment portfolios valued at over $500 million.
